• High Speed Taxiway / Turnoff (HST) : 활주로 중심선으로부터 유도로의 중심 지점까지 (최대 60KT까지) 고속으로 이동하는 항공기의 경로를 표시하기 위해서 등화 또는 marking으로 제공되는 긴 반경의 taxiway. 또한, 긴 반경의 출구(long radius exit) 또는 "turnoff" taxiway라고도 함. High speed taxiway(고속 유도로)는 항공기가 착륙 후 활주로 이탈을 신속하게 하기 위해 활용되고 이로 인해 활주로 점유 시간을 감소시켜 활주로의 효율을 증대시킬 수 있음.
• Holding Fix, Holding Point : ATC clearance에 따라 비행 중인 항공기의 위치가 유지되어야 할 주변에서 시각 또는 다른 수단으로 식별이 가능한 지정된 위치. [Holding 하는 동안에 항공기의 위치를 확립하고 유지하기 위한 참고점으로 활용되는 NAVAIDs 또는 지상의 시각 잠고점으로 조종사가 식별 가능한 지정된 픽스.]
• Hold / Holding Procedure : 특정한 공역 내의 항공기가 ATC로부터 차후 clearance를 기다리는 동안 행하여야 할 예정된 비행 절차. 또한 지상 운항 중에 ATC로부터 차후 clearance를 기다리는 동안 특정 지점에서 항공기를 지정된 구역 내에 위치시키기 위해 사용됨.
• Hot Spot : 충돌 또는 활주로 침범 이력 또는 잠재적 위험이 있고 조종사/운전자의 높은 주의가 필요한 공항 이동 구역에서의 지점.
• Human Factors Principles : 항공 설계, 인증, 훈련, 운영 및 유지보수에 적용되며 인간 performance(성능)에 대한 적절한 고려를 통해 인간과 다른 시스템 구성요소 간의 안전한 인터페이스를 추구하는 원칙.
• Human Performance : 항공 운영의 안전과 효율성에 영향을 미치는 인적 능력과 한계.

• High Speed Taxiway / Turnoff (HST) : A long radius taxiway designed and provided with lighting or marking to define the path of an aircraft, traveling at high speed (up to 60KT), from the runway center to a point on the center of a taxiway. Also referred to as long radius exit or turnoff taxiway. The high speed taxiway is designed to expedite aircraft turning off the runway after landing, thus reducing runway occupancy time.
• Holding Fix, Holding Point : A specified location, identified by visual or other means, in the vicinity of which the position of an aircraft in flight is maintained in accordance with air traffic control clearances.
• Hold / Holding Procedure : A predetermined maneuver which keeps aircraft within a specified airspace while awaiting further clerance from air traffic control. Also used during ground operations to keep aircraft within a specified area of at a specified point while awaiting further clearance from air traffic control.
• Hot Spot : A location on an aerodrome movement area with a history or potential risk of collision or runway incursion, and where heightened attention by pilots/drivers is necessary.
• Human Factors Principles : Principles which apply to aeronautical design, certification, training, operations and maintenance and which seek safe interface between the human and other system components by proper consideration to human performance.
